Refund policy

You may receive a full/partial refund of the ordered amount at the decision of the website management. To request a refund, please contact us within 2 days of the receipt of product(s). A customer may seek a refund in case he/she receives a product that is damaged or tampered with during shipping. The refund shall be subject to the following conditions.

1. Refund / replacement request if any should be made within 2 days from the date of receipt of the product(s) only if the product(s) is/are unused.

2. The original packing of the products should not be opened.

3. The product should be returned and received by us within 15 days of you receiving the same. The cost of shipping will be borne by you.
